Peter Ram is on fire!!! Starting the weekend on the 22nd May on the island of Tortola for their carnival, Peter shared the stage with Jamesy P and Busy Signal on the first day of the two day carnival celebration. He then went on to breathe life into the city of Atlanta as they celebrated their West Indian appreciation day under the theme “Unity through Diversity” on Saturday, 23rd May, 2009. Alongside big names like Iwer George, Problem Child, Jamesy P and Tizzy, Peter Ram transformed the streets of Atlanta into an island atmostphere. Backed by the Burning Flames and WCK bands the entertainment was first class.

The organizers created an ambitious goal of using a foundation of cultural diversity to stimulate regional unity and promote the ongoing growth of minority factions in the Atlanta area. This was certainly achieved as a good time was had by all that attended. Congratulations to Wasi Philbert, the Entertainment Chair of the Atlanta Caribbean Carnival and the other committee members for organizing such a stellar event.
